art
sky sea land
My connection to oceans and waterways influences my art. I’m interested in weather, atmosphere and climate conditions and the way this makes us feel. Importantly, how these conditions affect the seascape and landscape, and the impact on fish and migratory birds. My work can be peaceful and quiet with opportunities for reflection. Other work is stormy, intense and moody. I want the viewer to feel the emotion of the changing ocean and waterways, the stillness, early morning warmth, cold evenings, south-easterlies, squalls and rain.
The work speaks of weather, atmosphere and a life force.
The body of artwork contains a collection of paintings, migratory bird sculptures and ceramic fish.
yoga
The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life. ~ B.K.S Iyengar
Yoga brings together the connection of mind, body and breath. It provides us with a better understanding of self, others and a deeper sense of peace and mindfulness.
I’m currently teaching yoga at

I also teach yoga on the Sunshine Coast.
